Principal of PSA

Adsorbent is used for specially manufactured MSC which has dimension of cylindrical 2mmφ×5mm Long. The MSC is made of coconut shell and provides large number of about 4 angstroms pores.
Oxygen molecule is absorbed faster than Nitrogen molecule, and also greater at higher pressure than that of lower pressure. Using these principal, PSA produces Nitrogen as from air. That is, compressed air is sent into MSC filled in the adsorption towers and Oxygen molecule is caught in MSC bed, than Nitrogen molecule goes through.
